What we collect

When you submit a nomination we collect the nominee's name, the title and date of the work, a link to it, and optionally a contact email address and phone number for the nominee.

We also record a one-way hashed form of the submitting device's IP address and browser identifier. These hashes exist only to detect duplicate and automated submissions. They cannot be reversed to identify you.

What we use it with

Nomination details are used to compile the shortlists and to contact nominees who are shortlisted. Contact details are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing.

Bot protection

The nomination form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated scripts. Turnstile does not set tracking cookies and does not profile you across sites.

Retention

Nomination records are retained for the edition they were submitted to and archived afterwards for the awards' historical record.
